John McDougall, MD, is the Founder/Director of the McDougall Wellness Center in Santa Rosa, CA. Caldwell Esselstyn, Jr., MD trained as a surgeon at the Cleveland Clinic where he has served as president of staff and head of thyroid and parathyroid surgery. Carmen Diehl Thieszen, PsyD has a doctorate in psychology from Loma Linda University. She is the daughter of Dr. Hans Diehl and she and her physician husband reside in Fairfield, CA. An honor and award student, Carmen did her dissertation on how four weeks of a CHIP intervention program affected depression scales in a randomized clinical trial. She is currently practicing at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Richmond, CA.


John Gobble, DrPH, RD, LD, CHES is owner and founder of Medical Nutrition Therapy Northwest in Clackamas, OR, a provider of disease management and therapeutic lifestyle change counseling. Jeffrey Rosario has been gifted by God as an effective evangelist for the Lord. He currently works with Radiant Living in British Columbia, Canada.
